Email Account Receivables Invoices

Until now Oracle has not come up with a solution in EBS 12.1.3 to email AR Invoices. This, despite of the fact that an ever growing list of customers has asked for this functionality.

Just check bug 6635894 on oracle support.

The goods news is that a smart KIWI (New Zealander) has developed a plugin based on PL/SQL and APEX.

At the moment this plugin has been developed for AR Invoices that have been setup with the Bill Presentment Architecture (BPA) functionality.

The plugin can easily be modified for use with other concurrent programs producing AR Invoices.
